13ok Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 13ok platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "user"). 13ok is an online betting and casino service platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing the 13ok website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

These Terms may change from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes take effect means you have automatically accepted the updated Terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the 13ok platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any service on this platform. We may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If any individual operates multiple accounts, all of those accounts will be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited. This policy also applies to multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address, or household.

2.3 Personal Use

You may use the 13ok platform only for personal entertainment purposes. Placing bets on behalf of third parties, participating as part of a professional syndicate, or using the platform for any fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on 13ok, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any account created using false information. If any details provided at registration change, you must notify us immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of safe and transparent transactions, 13ok may at any time request the following documents for identity verification:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 13ok support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit on the 13ok platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Deposited amounts are generally reflected in your account within a few minutes. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• All wagering requirements on active bonuses must be met before withdrawing your balance.
• Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used to make the deposit.
• A withdrawal request may remain pending until the verification process is complete.
• 13ok reserves the right to investigate any suspicious withdrawal request.

4.3 Prohibited Transactions

Using 13ok for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, we reserve the right to immediately close the relevant account and notify the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

13ok offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• 13ok reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

The 13ok VIP program has four tiers — Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.6% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Moving up to a higher tier depends on your continued active participation. VIP benefits are applied automatically — no separate application is required.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once any bet on the 13ok platform is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the bet was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error. Results and odds displayed in our system will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

13ok provides betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Markets and odds may change depending on conditions. If any event is left incomplete or suspended, 13ok's decision regarding the relevant bet is final.

6.3 Casino Games

The 13ok casino offers games across categories including slots, live casino, fishing games, and others. All games operate under a fair play policy and are protected by SSL encryption. If a technical error causes a discrepancy in a game result, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant round.

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

A separate maximum bet limit is set for each game and event, which is displayed in the game interface. It will not be possible to place a bet exceeding this limit.

7. User Conduct Guidelines

7.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:

• Creating an account using a fake identity or false information.
• Placing bets using software bots, automation tools, or any artificial means.
• Attempting unauthorised access to 13ok's systems, servers, or network.
• Acting fraudulently towards other users or playing on their behalf.
• Placing bets artificially for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to identify and exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.

7.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your 13ok account is entirely personal. Selling, renting, gifting, or transferring your account in any other way is prohibited. If such activity takes place, both accounts will be cancelled.

8. Security & Privacy

13ok gives the highest priority to the security of users' personal information and financial transactions. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your data secure.

13ok will never ask for your password or full payment details by phone, SMS, or email. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While 13ok strives to keep the platform available at all times, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. 13ok is not responsible for any losses resulting from service interruptions during such periods.

9.2 Technical Errors

If a software or hardware error causes a discrepancy in the result of any bet or game, 13ok reserves the right to review that round or transaction and cancel it if necessary. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

9.3 Third-Party Services

13ok integrates third-party services including technology providers and game developers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt). 13ok is not directly responsible for the quality or availability of these third-party services.

9.4 Betting Risk

Online betting and gaming is a risky activity. Financial loss may occur. 13ok supports responsible gaming and encourages users to play within their own financial limits. Betting should never be viewed as a source of income.

10. Account Suspension or Closure

10.1 13ok's Rights

13ok may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Due to legal directives or security reasons.
• Extended inactivity (no activity for a prolonged period).

10.2 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, ensure that there are no active bonuses or pending withdrawal requests on your account. Account closure requests can be made through the 13ok support team.

10.3 Remaining Balance

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, a decision on whether to return or forfeit the remaining balance will be made based on the outcome of the investigation. If closure is at the user's own request, the remaining balance will be returned after all pending wagering requirements have been met.

11. Responsible Gaming

13ok believes that online gaming should be an entertaining activity. We are committed to the health and financial safety of our users. The following signs may indicate problematic gaming:

• Placing more bets to recover losses.
• Being unable to control betting.
• Prioritising gaming over family or work.
• Continuing to play despite financial difficulties.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

If you continue to use the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any change, please stop using the platform.

13. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

If a dispute arises regarding any matter in these terms and conditions, an attempt will first be made to resolve it amicably through the 13ok support team. Our goal is to resolve user issues quickly and fairly.

If a resolution is not reached after contacting the support team, the dispute will be settled through the appropriate process. During dispute resolution, 13ok's records and logs will be considered as final evidence.
